- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details
- Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or holidays

Shipping Timeframes

United States
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after processing
- Priority Shipping: 4–7 business days after processing

International
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after processing

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or local delivery conditions.

Tracking Information

- Tracking numbers are provided for all orders
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment
- If your tracking shows "in transit" or "arriving late," your package is still on the way

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KROM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. Packages confirmed as lost in transit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we may offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
