Return Eligibility

- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

- Exchanges are available if you received the wrong item or a defective unit
- In some cases, the original item may be required to be returned by mail
- Replacement items are shipped after the exchange is approved

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible items under the following conditions:

- The item is returned in its original, unused condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the item is received and inspected

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Bank processing times may vary.

Store Credit

If a refund or exchange isn't ideal, store credit is available as an alternative.

- Store credit is issued after approval
- Credits do not expire and can be used site-wide

Items Not Eligible for Return

- Used or damaged items not caused by a defect
- Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We'll resolve it immediately.
